Coming Soon: Dine About Town, June Edition...
In just a few weeks from now, the second helping of Dine About Town will return to San Francisco. This is the first year in which the promotional dining event is being held twice in one year: first in January, now in June.
From June 1-15, more than 100 of San Francisco's finest restaurants will be partaking in Dine About, where gourmet prix-fixe lunches and dinners enable foodies (both dedicated and new) to create their own specials of the day. Among the restaurants, 45 of them were featured in the Michelin San Francisco 2008 guide. See them here.
The set prices are $21.95 for lunch and $31.95 for dinner, which mean savings for all else: transportation, admissions, shopping. Most attractive though is that the event allows you to experience some of the city's famed cuisine… at a reasonable price.
San Francisco's diversity is reflected in its architecture, its events, its food. If you're visiting the city this June, consider a Dine About Town tour. With over 100 restaurants to choose from, you can map out an itinerary that covers the city's many neighborhoods and views. From SoMa to North Beach, Nob Hill to the wharf, make (savory) plans to see it all.
